By proceeding to complete a purchase, you agree that you will not initiate a chargeback for any reason without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with Nu Kustomz LLC. You acknowledge that chargebacks made without cause or without prior contact will be considered fraudulent and may result in legal action and a permanent ban from shopping with us.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to our Service.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted. You agree not to exploit any part of the Service without written permission from us.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We do not guarantee that the information on this site is accurate, complete, or current. You use it at your own risk.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for any changes or discontinuance.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Products may be available online only and in limited quantities. Colors may vary from what is shown on your monitor. All sales are final unless the product is defective. Defects must be reported with photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate account information. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent bans and legal action.

SECTION 7 - FRAUD PREVENTION & CHARGEBACK POLICY

All transactions are monitored for fraud. By placing an order, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting Nu Kustomz LLC to attempt resolution.

  • Chargebacks made without cause or without prior contact are considered fraudulent.

  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in: (a) a permanent ban from shopping with us, (b) recovery of the disputed amount plus associated fees and damages, and (c) reporting to financial institutions and/or law enforcement.

  • Nu Kustomz LLC retains detailed transaction records, including order data, IP addresses, and customer communications, and will submit this evidence in disputes.

SECTION 8 - SHIPPING & LOST PACKAGES

Route Package Protection is automatically added to all orders at checkout and may be removed by the customer before completing the purchase.

  • If Route Protection remains on the order, all claims for lost, stolen, or damaged items must be filed directly through Route’s claims process.

  • If the customer chooses to remove Route Protection, Nu Kustomz LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. In such cases, the customer assumes full responsibility and must file claims directly with the shipping carrier.

  • Nu Kustomz LLC is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

SECTION 9 - RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds are not issued unless the item is defective, reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

SECTION 10 - OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Use of third-party tools and links is at your own risk. We are not liable for any issues caused by third-party services.

SECTION 11 - USER CONTENT

You grant us rights to use your comments, suggestions, and submissions. You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of all content you submit.
