Q: Can these be applied to any Garment?

A: It can be applied to a wide variety of garments that go under heat press. 

Q: Can an Easy press be used?

A: While a traditional heat press is highly recommended, we have had customers in past have success with them.

Q: Are these DTF (Direct to film)?

A: No, these are produced using screen printing equipment

Q: Are these HTV?

A: No. HTV is a material that is printed on to.

Q: Are these Cold Peel or Hot?

A: All Garment Transfers That we offer will always be hot peel

Q: Is it actual Glitter?

A: Yes, Made with a special formulated plastisol ink.

Q: What's your TAT?

A: As of 05/01/2023 it is 3-7 business days. Shipping cut off is 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (TAT subject to change without notice) Weekends and Holidays not included in TAT. TAT are estimates are not guarantees. Tat is the deration in which your package may be dropped off and local postal service and does not include shipping times.

Q: Do you offer rush?

A: At the moment we do. But this is not a permanent service and is only available when we can handle current flow of orders.

Q: What's the status of my order?

A: Our website is fully automated. From when your order is placed, till it is delivered. Route tracks your packages and notifies you via email/SMS along with an email notification when a label is created. You may also opt in the postal services notification via USPS and/or UPS.

 Q: Can I Cancel My Order?

A: Yes, However there is a 20% Restocking/Cancelation fee
