Shipping policy

All purchases are shipped via USPS. You will receive shipping notification via email and/or Facebook and/or through SMS message you provided during your account setup, once the item has shipped. Please check the tracking info. If you believe there is a problem with your shipment, please let us know so we can advise how to contact the PO. We are not responsible for packages once they leave our possession. It is your responsibility to insure your package. All claims must be filed with the carrier. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. 

Our "Standard Shipping" is UPS Ground shipping and estimates a delivery time frame of 3-7 business days for RTS (ready to ship) items. Please refer to their website for current information on shipping related concerns or updates.

*Please note that Pre-Order items may take an estimated 7-14 business days for delivery or longer.

All packages will be shipped in a Ziplock bag in Rigid mailer within a Poly Mailer to minimize from accidental damages and protection from weather.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. If any of these issues have occurred, please contact the Service that was used to ship your item.  It is your responsibility to insure your package. 

 All items shipped outside of USA require you to pay your countries fees and duties. Failure to do so may result in items being abandoned or returned to us. If items are returned to us we will refund the cost minus a 15% restock fee, and shipping cost.
