Refund policy
At Nu Kustomz llc, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or exceptions. Please inspect your package upon delivery to ensure all items are included.
We typically pack orders live on TikTok or in our Facebook group for transparency. If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must submit a claim within 7 days of the delivery date. Recording an unboxing will help speed up the process. Claims submitted after this period will not be honored. Each claim will be reviewed, and an inventory check will be conducted before a resolution is determined.
Once an item has a shipping label, it is considered shipped. We do not accept cancellations for any reason. All Sales are final.
Final Sale Items:
- Digital files and memberships are non-refundable and final sale.
- Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for claims or exchanges.
Shipping & Package Protection:
Nu Kustomz llc is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We offer package protection at checkout, and it is your responsibility to purchase it for added security.
